The food was okay if you like ordering thru a kiosk. Prices were very expensive. Food looked better than it tasted. Needed seasoning.

We were in town for the David Lee Roth concert, and this was our first visit to the Hard Rock Cafe Bristol. We decided to use the Valet, thinking it would make parking easier....big mistake! The Valet instructed us to pay at the kiosk inside, and assured us the payment would show up on his computer. We followed his directions, paid, and headed into the casino. Once inside, things improved immediately. The casino was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly. Feeling hungry, we ordered chicken fingers and fries from the back kiosk. The wait was about 10 minutes, but wow! It was worth it! The food came out piping hot and absolutely delicious. When it was time for the concert, security was fast and efficient, and the sound quality was fantastic. The seating was also surprisingly comfortable. We had a blast! My only small gripe...they wouldn’t let me bring in my unopened 8oz bottle of water. I assume they wanted us to buy drinks at the bar, which we didn’t. After the concert, we played the slots for a bit, but our $40 disappeared in under five minutes, so we called it quits. Then came the second Valet headache—when we went to pick up our car, they couldn’t find it in their system. Thankfully, I had my receipt, and after about 10 minutes they finally located it. The whole thing left me feeling like I had done something wrong, even though I followed instructions exactly. Overall, we had a great night. The concert was amazing, the food was excellent, and the staff inside were wonderful. But take my advice: skip the Valet. Park yourself and save the money, time, and frustration.

I don't know if it was the casino, but I just didn't feel like exploring around to see the artifacts. Food was great. I had the burger specific to the Bristol site....BBQ burnt ends... and the apple cobbler was great, too, but too big for one person!

Look. This place is just fun and whole vibe. It’s a Casino, you’re gonna pay a little more for the experience but it’s not exorbitant. But let’s talk about the Hard Rock restaurant. First off, our waitress….Jesi……. Absafreaking awesome. Engaging, friendly, but not over the top. Wonderful knowledge of the menu and drink menu. Made spot on recommendations. Food was well above average in quality. So yeah, it’s a whole vibe and a good time.
